turnado - learn fucntions dos not work ........ help me

hello guys



i want to know why the learn function does not work . i try with a lot of midi devices and for now ,nothing .

working with window 7 . seuqel 3 . cubase 6.5 originals

try with the nano control of korg . and i try on my openlabs miko . no midi knob response the learn command .
