Hi,

I just joined the forum here, having recently upgraded to the UL version of Mu.Lab and I'm still getting my head around it. I'm completely new to using DAWS in general, so if I am asking what the rest of you guys already know or take for granted as simple, then please forgive my ignorance..ok? Likewise, if I get the name of the various different program interface parts wrong, my apologies again.

Having said that, I'm just wondering is there any way to change or set the pitch differently for each individual sequence part in a track? I know how to alter the pitch for a track overall..but am wondering can you do it for each part of each track?

If anyone knows how to do this, then please let me know, as it would be really handy for what I am doing right now.

Here's hoping..

Select the sequence part you want to transpose, then in the bottom-left corner of the composer there is the Part Property Panel, there you can transpose the sequence part on the fly.

Thanks, mutools, for that!

It took me a few minutes ot figure our what exactly you were telling me to do..and I nearly posted again to say I couldn't follow your advice..but I got it in the end. The track is now starting to sound more like music, than a cat being strangled!

My thanks again for the help. :)
