Hi,

I'm quite new to Knagalis and like it very much. Now I've downloaded a few available presets, but I cannot get them to work. Let's talk about Prosounds Ethnicity. I manually moved it to:

user/library/Application Support/NUSofting Data/

also tried to create a folder named "EMM Knagalis" at this location and put the set into it.

But I cannot find a way to load it within the Knagalis plugin (in GarageBand).

Can somebody please push me into the right direction?

Thanks!

btw: Used it already for some tracks:

Another question:

How to reach the Knagalis support directly?

Well.... finally I found an Email address from the Knagalis support..... but there is no reply after 3 days now.

I guess I should forget to buy more software from this "company". :(

It's been a while since I've looked at this stuff, so I don't recall how Prosounds Ethnicity is delivered. The aupresets may be a separate download from the main set. There is a readme file for the aupresets though. My copy says:
To use the ProSounds Ethnicity AU presets for EMM Knagalis, they need to be copied
to the NUSofting EMM Knagalis presets directory.

Move the aupreset files in this zip into the following directory under your
home directory:

~/Library/Audio/Presets/NUSofting/EMM Knagalis/ProSounds Ethnicity/

If you have not yet created or installed any other AU presets for EMM Knagalis, you can
just move the entire NUSofting directory in this zip file to your presets directory.
So copying the presets to be under "Application Support" is the wrong place; that's where the sample data goes, not the actual presets.
