MULAB 3.1 download?

Hello there;
Is there anyway I can download a copy of MULAB 3.1?
I own the license key for it and I wanted to install it in my new Laptop for sketching out ideas while traveling, but I seem to have lost the zip file and somehow I do not seem to be able to find a download link in the MULAB site.
