Hello Jo,
Is it possible to use the same naming for the 'official' download files as for the 'cedar' downloads (i.e. include the version number in the name of the regular download files) ?
Wouldn't it be more elegant to use a 'tooltip' to indicate the date of the current downloadable (Mulab) docs ZIP-file, instead of having to open a new page to check that info?
Will there be a download for Mux docs also?
Some small suggestions for your website.

I use more generic names there to make the links more stable over longer time.Slarti wrote:Hello Jo,

The version info is clearly indicated in the link text, isn't it?
You know how to do that?Wouldn't it be more elegant to use a 'tooltip' to indicate the date of the current downloadable (Mulab) docs ZIP-file, instead of having to open a new page to check that info?
In fact the docs.zip combine the MuLab and MUX docs. Will there be a download for Mux docs also?
Now the MUX support page also includes a link to that zip

[hesitantly] Ye-e-e-ess! But I always have to add the version number when saving it to my computer.mutools wrote:I use more generic names there to make the links more stable over longer time.Slarti wrote:Hello Jo,

It is done on this very page. Just hover over "Printable version" and you see what I mean.mutools wrote:You know how to do that?Slarti wrote:Wouldn't it be more elegant to use a 'tooltip' to indicate the date of the current downloadable (Mulab) docs ZIP-file, instead of having to open a new page to check that info?

That's just a simple link description, very standard in HTML.
The zip file date is a little php script.
