Since you have to select either mono/legato/poly/arp etc., I'm wondering if there is a way to use the arp while having it set to just one voice. The reason for this is that sometimes I'd like to be able to open up the amp release to lengthen the notes as the arp plays, but not have the notes overlap. Is there a method I'm missing?

Thanks

Yes, you can set 1 voice under every note in the arp settings.

Cheers, :)

Hehe, sorry, even 1 note is still polyphonic, the release phase overlaps the next note. One can do slides though (using the max Gate length)

Yes I make good use of the note lengths. It's useful to adjust the release though as an arp plays to give longer notes to the whole sequence. However it would be useful if you keep it in mono while adjusting the release, which gives the effect of lengthening all note at the same time. The other solution to this, which many raps do have, is an arp note length modifier knob for all notes. Doable?

So I am to understand there is no current way to do this then?

Currently not possible... but you can use an external arp with Zebra in Legato/Mono mode

Blasphemy! Zebra's arp is the best thing about it! ;)
If I had Zebra's arp as an external arp I'd be very happy. Or Albino's arp (Or any Rob Papen arp). But alas, no external arps yet allow glides between notes (or even overlaps that would trigger a legato glide).
