Hi Sugar Bytes,

can you please provide the presets that Beardyman is using in the sugar bytes marketing video that was online for the 1.5 release of Turnado? I bought the software because of this!!! The presets that are provided in the 1.5 software releases do not contain the presets that are used in the video!

Amongst the presets was the functionality that Beardyman was using a vocal sound that was transformed into a baseline. Here you can find the soundfile:

Moreover the audio examples that are on the Sugar Bytes 1.5 website for turnado are also not within the presets of Turnado 1.5. Can you also provide these presets?

as this question has been around for nearly a week now, I and I suppose many other customers that have bought Sugar Bytes Turnado would like to know If the presets that have been used in the promotion of 1.5 are real and will be provided to the community.

Hi Sugar Bytes,

as you are not responding to this questions, I assume that the effects used by Beardyman are not part of Turnado.

This would lead me to the conclusion that you advertise your product with features that are not existing!

I would like to get a statement by you as I otherwise must conclude that:

- you are either cheating on your customers
- or that you don't care about your customers questions as there is no reply for weeks!

Unfortunatly Beardyman is not willing to share all of his presets.
He puts a lot of effort in creating and finetuning them and he sees them as part of his personal creativity.

maybe you could ask for the ones from the commercial vid and point him to this thread? i think he would at least understand and give out this 3,4 additional presets.
