For some reason when I set stack voices to 1 in poly mode it always sets it to 2, two voices trigger for each note and it has an unpleasant phasing sound. I tried to reinstall but no luck.

I have searched endlessly and found no one with the same problem. Any ideas?

Does it set voice stack to 2, or do you just hear two notes?

Can you send us a patch for inspection to support at u-he dot com?

Thanks,

Urs

It says voice stack is 1 but in the Trim section it plays 2 voices for each note, also I can't seem to export a preset because it doesn't appear in explorer when I save it. I'm using Windows 7 if that helps at all. Thanks for the quick reply.

In that case I suppose you get two MIDI Notes at once. Are you using a USB Midi keyboard that's connected via Midi and USB?

It happens to me quite often, I then have to specify the right MIDI Port in the host (e.g. "Emu Xboard") instead of e.g. "any MIDI input".

What host are you using? Maybe just send a project file with the Midi recorded then...

Great, thanks a lot! Switching to a usb only keyboard worked. I've been avoiding poly mode since I bought this and only just found out why now :(
