Yes, another year has already passed, and it's time to vote for your fauvorite DAW:
http://beta.musicradar.com/news/tech/wh ... day-561994

Last year we managed to get Mutools into the list, and this year we will push it up to a more worthy position, right? :-)

Sounds like either your fixing the voting or hyping the product via users. My brother was reading this next to me and said and I quote; "You should just tell him to f**k off".
However, whilst we think alike on many things, I have never dared be as blunt as him. So I say away with ya ! And may the best DAW win.

So, what is the problem exactly?

You think such "anouncements" will not be made on the FL Studio, Reaper, Abelton, etc fora?

Post

I saw this at MusicRadar earlier today. My only problem with it is equating 'most popular' with 'best.' The two are not interchangeable.

It would have been nice to see a feature match-up along with some quantifiable standards for review. Popularity might be best addressed as a small component of the overall scoring, but certainly not as the only criteria.

As mentioned, other people encourage other DAWs, so why on earth is it not allowed for this one?

This is a forum for Mutools, so it's a natural place to mention it here, I'm not shouting this out on other forums.

It's a small developer with, in my and other persons opinion, an excellent product and there's nothing wrong with show other people some alternatives to the "big five".

So, telling someone to "f**k off" or "away with ya" without any reason isn't especially constructive.

Despite you and your brother's attitude I wish you a nice evening!

He is not forcing anyone to vote.
He is not saying "do not vote for FL" or similar.
He is not saying "vote for MuLab regardless of what you think.

He is just pointing to MuLab users that poll is up and we can support the developer and the product we like.
What exactly is your problem?
Should we not vote because we have an opinion to share?
Should we not vote because we like a particular DAW?
Is the poll supposed to be open just for you and your brother?

Post
