Resample audio files?

Often when I start MuLab I get a question about the need to resample the audio files? Why is that happening?

When the audio file has a different samplerate than the one of your audio device. So if you change the samplerate of your audio device, then opening previous sessions with audio parts will indeed popup such alert. If you save the session using the updated samplerates things should be fine again (no alert anymore)

Ahh so that is when I use MuLab without my normal Mackie Onyx Firewire mixer. When I travel I am just using the built in interface in my Mac when I work on songs. Thank you for the explanation!
