- Thanks for the new patching system where the sidechain blue "patch cable" can be visualized. It is a nice feature to have but i fear sometimes with bigger presets it might make the signal chain really complicated to undersand.
I have two suggestions about this :
> Maybe the sidechain "patch cable" could be in a different color than blue to help make the difference.
> Maybe the sidechain visualization can be made an option per processor. For example, when right clicking on a processor "plug-in settings", you could tick a box "disable sidechain input".
Also i've been making final adjustments to my presets, like trying to make the output volume in the same range as input volume, and it made me regret not having the input volume visible in the edit window meter diplay.
Lately i've been thinking it would be so cool to be able to open a whole MXXX preset into the modular processor (with the modulators and multiparameters included) like having an MXXX inside MXXX.
Now that the beta phase is reaching an end after all those months, i'll say it's been a very interesting and positive experience, i've learnt things and it has been really cool to see some of the suggestions made here by various people on the forum implemented into the final version and also in your whole range of plugins. I hope MXXX will reach a good number of users and we can see more interesting addons in the future.
