zebralette (I must be an idiot)

Hello all, I just got a new mac. I am running the latest osx with updates. I am playing with ableton 6.11. I installed zebralette to play around with. It came with all the other zebra demos. I deleted all the other demo stuff and loaded the zebralette vst. I must be an idiot, because I can only get it to spit out short (about one second) clipped bursts of sound. I cannot get this thing to work, and I am no stranger to synthesizers either. I have just started to make the move to an "in the box" type of environment, so maybe its something simple, but I am not having this problem with any of the other vst's I installed. I have tried applying envelope and amount to various parameters and flipped through the presets. All the same, only short, clipped bursts of sound. What am I doing wrong?

Hello sir. Thank you for your interest. I spent the morning trying everything I could think of. Including playing with audio buffers and such. I uninstalled and reinstalled etc. I will do what you ask as soon as possible, but I am not at my computer until late tonight or tomorrow. It was hearing diva for the first time recently that convenced me it was time to go "in the box". Reguards.

hey ho,
just wanted to finish off this thread. It seems the problem was a corrupted file download. I eventually deleted all the files, and re-downloaded and tried again at a later date to find it working. It was simply a bad download from the server. many thanks to u-he support, who tried to assist me with the problem.
