Preset problem in Consequence

Whenever I save a chord bank I lose the ability to recall any other bank - instead of the original menu showing the folders named "Factory" etc I only get a one choice option appearing and that's to save a preset. Closing the host doesn't seem to help either. I rebooted the machine and it seemed to clear the problem. I then created a chord bank preset and after saving I was once again unable to select any of the factory presets. I rebooted and this time the problem didn't clear it self. Any advice would be most welcome.
