Hi,
I just spent a few days making a small library of SM patches and I saved them all in a custom folder in the application support/kv331/Synthmaster/Presets/ -> folder.
For some reason SM was initially unable to display any patch names on the custom patches but managed to load them normally. I tried re-installing SM (and placed my custom patch folder to desktop) and after re-install SM does not see my custom folder at all in the default library path. As there is no option to load in a patch manually, I am out of luck apparently.
What should I do to a) make my patches visible and useable again and b) enable the patch names in the browser again?
I am running SM on OSX Mountain Lion 10.8 on Ableton, Logic Pro, Studio One and Cubase. No luck on any of them. I have tried updating SM too and I have copied the files manually too
Thank you for the help.

You are saving under the global /Library folder right? not your user's /Library folder?
Also try deleting the SynthMasterPresets.xml file under the presets folder. That might help too.
