Thanks
Yes it is possible in one of my threads is discussed,so i must look there again, but its confusing there.
It is better to start over again.
But i must open a rack on a track..and start with a basic synth as a Vsti
So how to transform the basic synth into a rack
I know the basic synth is made in the MUX...
As "user" i must open a rack in my Vsti composer
Is it not possible for Mutools to add a VSti rack to use this for not automated tracks in Cubase ?..on this way i can load a rackpreset.
Could be interesting, because on my composer ( i can prototype there the arrangement ) i can export Vsti instruments into Mulab ( Cognitone Midi drone works in MUlab 5 or also in Mulab 4 ?)
Can i consider a rack Vsti( if possible in DAW) as a Vsti?
I must try this out than
A rack Vsti is interesting , because i can use custom sounds from others
Now with the new browser in MULAB 5..it is easy to locate the Rack presets
No it seems that exporting MUX Vsti from the composer into Mulab 5 is not working..strange other Vsti are possible for exporting, but MUX vsti not?
Somehow MUX vsti has not the required Vsti standard ?

Go to http://www.mutools.com/mux-product.html
Click "Download" and install the MUX VST so that Cubase can find it.
You should find in Cubase both a VST Effect and a VST Instrument.
Once you've worked out whether you need an Effect or Instrument, set up Cubase.
Then go into the Mux and add a Rack.
The Mux VST will load any MuLab 4 Mux presets, as far as I know. Of course, these work in the Mux. Cubase is not MuLab, so you cannot load Mux presets into Cubase directly, only into the Mux VST/VSTi.
The Mux VST hasn't been updated for MuLab 5 yet.

and then...
Delete the PolySynth and the Echo and add a Rack module. Connect the Event Input with the rack's (blue) input and the audio output with the racks leftmost (red) output. (btw, the rack module is in the 'Other' folder)
Delete all of the font panel items and save the patch as "Mux Rack" or something for re-use.
Now you can add any instrument in the 1st rack slot and any effects in the next slots.
Save your creations under an new name.

Thanks... i did a attempt..but get lost.
The idea is to make a rack into Cubase and replace this rack with another rack ( = sound )
So,someone has made a interesting sound in Mulab than i can use this sound in Cubase.

That's simple:
- if it a synth/instrument load the MUX (Synth) in Cubase and use the MUX file selector to select the patch
- if it's an effect, load the MUX in Cubase instead
You should have loaded the patch into the MUX user library before.
