Sometimes when dragging audio loops from the browser the sample is a standard audio file and other times it gets chopped up.
I thought I was doing something silly but read in the docs that 'DroppedAudioFilesLengthThreshold' preference refers to a 'short' file, assuming I'm trying to drag loops in that are beyond that limit?
Loading from the session menu any size sample can be loaded and auto chopped so I just found out!
So I tried to find the setting in Mainsetup.txt but it's not there, why is this limit even there assuming i understand it correctly? maybe for the sake of slower machines ?
