What is the best reasonably priced (or free) spectrogram software for Windows? So far I have only been able to find the NuGen Audio Visualizer. It looks like it will do what I want. I just wondered if there are any alternatives.

Melda Production MAnalyzer is free and certainly worth a look.

As free as MAnalyzer may be, you still gotta pay to use the sonogram. Yeah. I just tried it the other week looking for a replacement for Sonogram SG-1, which I ended up sticking with despite the fact that it crashes my host during a full plugin rescan. This guy is also pretty useful, just drag and drop a file onto it and watch it light up.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have tried spek, and it has helped me out. I'll probably try out the NuGen Visualizer later. I didn't receive my confirmation email from them yet.

spek was actually very useful. It gave me the information I needed in the format I wanted. I have just installed Sonogram sg-1. That seems to work without any problems in EnergyXT.
