I'm going to be mixing an album of cut-up cello & electronics very soon and I'm thinking Satin might sound superb on the project. (Unmixed WIP Demo linked.) Any news of when a beta or release will be available?

There's still a lot of work to be done... mostly from my side. Dynamic latency reporting, dynamic UI resize, faster spectrum analyser, parameter locking...
This week we're focussing on the releases, next week we might do an AAX kitchen.
Then we're all over Satin, still hoping for a release in May (this year).

Cool, Urs, thanks. PM me if you'd like to hear whatever beta version of Satin you've got now on some cellos & electronicsUrs wrote:There's still a lot of work to be done... mostly from my side. Dynamic latency reporting, dynamic UI resize, faster spectrum analyser, parameter locking...![]()

Oh, that pretty much converges with the to-do list on my desktop... so we could refer to this thread for reference... how convenientUrs wrote:There's still a lot of work to be done... mostly from my side. Judging from the bottle leftovers, we could also do 'AA kitchen'Urs wrote: next week we might do an AAX kitchen.

PS: your proposal reminds me of bbum's blog tagline: "... so google can index my head".
