a couple of Diva bugs

Hi, I have a few bugs when using Diva. The first one has been there since the previous version: in the fx section, I can sometimes have a certain effect selected and the controls displayed next to it are those of one of the other effects. I can't get rid of this situation any other way than to reload the patch. It also has happened when I open a preset that the wrong fx controls are displayed for an fx module.
The second has just appeared today. Even though I have legato selected in a patch that I made, the notes always glide, even when I make sure to leave pauses in between consecutive notes. I thought it might have something to do with voice amount so I tried setting this to the lowest value, but this also didn't help.
I am on Win 7 pro x64 with Cubase 6.0.7 x64 - running the latest release of Diva (if I'm not mistaken there was a vst3 version in the installer, I should re-check but if there was, then that's the one I installed, otherwise it would be vst2).

Would be interesting to know if it's VST2 or VST3. With VST3 we had a lot of fights getting the UI to stay "connected" to the actrual parameter setting, and what you describe sounds much like it.
We would then also like to have a screenshot sent to support at u-he dot com if possible...
Thanks,
- Urs

Thanks for your kind reply, Urs. I'll look into it and if it is in fact VST3 will make a screenshot. As for the second remark about the glide, it was due to the wrong note priority setting

Ok, it is in fact vst3 and I have made a screenshot of the gui while the problem is visible. Please give me your mail address so I can send it to you. btw, wasn't vst3 added just recently with the last version? I also had this problem with the version before...
