I would find it easier to read if the meters for each band were a slightly different colour from the main input and output meters.
Perhaps slightly darker, as in this mock-up:

Just to make it easier to distinguish between the meters for the bands and those for the main Input and Output.
When adjusting the controls I had to look closely at the meters to see to which audio stream each one was related.
