A very strange Kontakt instrument behavior

This may go into more general Kontakt troubleshooting territory, but pertains to instruments that I want to use exclusively on my receptor. The issue is with the BelaD Anthology 2 spiritual Winds Kontakt instruments receiving the sustain pedal signal ( set to cc64) but not holding the notes. A function that triggers sampled breath sounds in the instruments that depends on cc64 is working, but the notes do not hold.
I have tried all the instruments in the collection, the original versions and updates, on Kontakt 2, 3.5, and 5 on my Receptor 2 pro max using 3 different keyboards and 2 different sustain pedals. I tested with midi ox (a midi monitoring program) to make sure the correct information was being sent by the controllers. Non-spiritual winds Kontakt instruments are functioning correctly in response to the sustain pedal in the same instances of Kontakt on the same channel.
I have contacted the company and developer of the instruments and was not given a solution. This is an older sampled instrument set (2007), the sounds are amazing, yet not very useful without sustain! Have any of you experienced anything like this using 3rd party developer indtruments in Kontakt on the receptor?
Best regards,
Nathan

That is weird.

Has this ever worked on your Receptor?

I assume this has worked on your PC/Mac with no issue?

It is very weird. More details- it did work successfully on my Receptor for about an hour. I then tried loading up the WIPS wind instruments performance script that was developed by some very smart Kontakt users- http://www.bigbobsmusicworld.com/kontakt-scripts/wips. I was planning on using this script with the kontakt library cello. This requires putting the script files and a master script meta file in the kontakt presets folder. After I played around with this for a bit I went back to the Spiritual Winds instruments and found the sustain pedal problem.
I thought there must be a correlation so I removed the scripts I had loaded and deleted them from the Receptor. This was to no avail. I began trying to troubleshoot-rebooting, loading the instruments in a new instance of Kontakt, trying them in Kontakt 3.5, reloading the files onto the receptor, installing kontakt 2 from a disc (the spiritual wind instruments were designed for Kontakt 2)and trying the instruments, loading it onto my PC laptop and trying it in kontakt 2, 3.5, and 5 with multiple controllers, all with the same disappointing results!
It does not seem that it could have been the WIPS user scripts as I had the same issue on my PC where I had never used those scripts. The most puzzling thing is that the sustain worked in the beginning. I don't think it could be the hardware because all other instruments work fine with the controllers I am using, and the spiritual winds instruments are receiving the sustain pedal signal.I am installing these instrument files from a legitimate disc and they do not require any sort of validation for use. Argggg!
Thanks for the clarifying questions!
