UHE Diva Midi Mapping Question

Hello. Is there a way that midilearns that I setup from my Keyboard Controller to Diva are saved for next time? I know that I can map everything within an Ableton Live project, but I'm looking for a more portable way. As far as I can tell (and it may not be very far), I can only map midilearn functions for my current Diva session. If I exit that instance of Diva, I have to relearn all over again. Thanks in advance.

The built-in MIDI Learn (as opposed to Live's) is permanent, i.e. one mapping for all instances to come.

Related issue: I mapped modwheel to resonance in a Diva patch. Then when I called up another patch, the modwheel was still mapped to resonance (in a patch that did not have that mapping before). And in the next patch, and the next. This doesn't seem right. What's up?

I think I have the latest Diva. Where do I see the rev number?

Don't use MIDI learn for that - it's global. Best to MIDI Unlearn it straight away!Stevee00 wrote:Related issue: I mapped modwheel to resonance in a Diva patch. Go to the Modification tab and select ModWheel for the Resonance modulation there

Thanks, Urs, for the quick reply. Global MIDI learn could be useful in other ways--I'm thinking dedicated sliders on QuNeo.
Just to be clear, if I midi map, say, Filter1 attack, will that work in every and all Diva patches, even if the GUI for Filter1 is different? And will it persist from session to session?
I have a comment about the GUI that I'll put in a new thread.
