Patches browser improvement

Hey,

I think that patches browsing could be improved:

- would be cool to have some kind of tags, then you could filter the whole library by selecting tags, for exemple by selecting String and Botanica.
- have an easier way to share, discover and rate patches with the community
- have a "try a new preset" dialog which smartly selects a "not yet used" preset from the library

In the part share & rate patches with the community, there are tons of cool things to do!
I'd like to be able to make a patch, then to upload it to the u-he central patches bank and then to share it with friends. Friends could use it, rate it and the u-he patch bank server could help you to discover new patches and patches you might like!
