There are two problems:
1) When I download the file, the zip will not unpack by double clicking. It will unpack with Stuffit Expander. All other updates do not have this problem.

2) After installing, I cannot find the plugins in PT11. It is as if the download did not download the latest versions.

How to solve these problems?

I forgot to tell this is on a MacBook Pro 9,1, OSX 10.8.4, PT 11.01

Hi Arthur,

Did you try to download the plug-ins individually as well? Did they have the same problem?

Also, is a recent purchase, or did you purchase the plug-ins a long time ago?

Purchase was less than a year ago.

I downloaded all the individual files. Everything works except for:
Digital Peak Meter Pro and Stereoscope Multi.

How to proceed?

Did you upgrade to the latest version for these plug-ins? Only the DPMP 4.0 and StereoScope Multi 2.0 have been released as 64-bit AAX. If you have not upgraded yet, just drop us an email and we will resend you the upgrade offer.

Now I'm confused.

It says on your home page:
"We are glad to announce that all our plug-ins and bundles are now available in 64-bit AAX versions for Pro Tools 11, on both Windows and Mac."

Now you tell me:
"Only the DPMP 4.0 and StereoScope Multi 2.0 have been released as 64-bit AAX."

The second statement does not seem to be correct since all the other plug-ins show up in ProTools 11.

I see that I downloaded Stereoscope multi 1.91 and DPM Pro 3.5

I downloaded the individual plug-ins from your site with the links I got when buying the software. It was not obvious to me that this does not bring you to the latest version since I never received an upgrade offer.
So, I considered myself a registered customer and entitled to the free updates for these plug-ins.
Also confusing, since this is not the case for all the other plug-ins.

Sorry, I meant that only the latest major version of all plug-ins have been ported. So the DPMP 3.5 and StereoScope 1.9 are not available for 64-bit AAX, only DPMP 4.x and StereoScope 2.x.
