"Mono" does not reset phase for successive notes without enough pause in between.

I noticed the following: if I enable "Mono" voices mode in the Layer panel and I have an oscillator that is not free running, than the oscillator phase is not reset when notes are played shortly after each other.

I've played with the ADSR envelope to complete reduce the release phase, but without any luck.

I wanted to create a rather clicky bass, so I disabled "free" and tuned the phase to my liking. Then I wanted to make the bass glide, so I enabled Mono mode - no clicky bass anymore

Tested with SM 2.6.7 x64 on Win8 Pro x64 on Reaper and Studio One (both latest).

Make sure it isn't mono legato so that the envelope resets at note on.

As you can see in the video, Legato was off. Or am I missing something?
