SynthMasterPresets.xml file won't rebuild

So i figured out again that in order to view and updated list of my presets after deleting or moving the preset, i have to delete the SynthMasterPresets.xml file from the presets folder. I was told the file would rebuild itself, which it did before. but i've done the same thing and the file won't rebuild. What's up with that? does it have something to do with the new update of synthmaster? how do i get this file back? help please! javascript:emoticon(':-o')
