Was a great meet. Really just talking about synths. It was recorded by Ulf and parts of that recording might appear as an interview in German Keys magazine.
So, no conspiracy there, no prophetic zebreaktors in sight

Should say "so, no prophetic zebreaktors in sight, Mopho !"Urs wrote:Was a great meet. Really just talking about synths. It was recorded by Ulf and parts of that recording might appear as an interview in German Keys magazine.

You guys have a vibrant phantasy
Nope, but it sounded like they're slowly getting there. Nonlinear is just a 5-minute walk down the road from where I live, maybe I'll pay them another visit some day.ew wrote:The big question, Urs- did Stephan bring along any of the Nonlinear Labs prototypes?

Their software seems to be better than their camera...mellotronaut wrote:dieses Leuchten in den Augen ...![]()
Maybe a meeting with the Photoshop developer could help?

specualtion on/
is maybe an hardware on the horizon? an all in one softsynth but with the best of hardware (lots of high res midicc knobs and switches) and ideal to be a midi controller?
for example I recently bought a bassstation2 and although i believe it's not that much better than my current sofstynths (although it has it's own charm).....I found myself using it most of the time as there's labelled knobs and faders and it's my current midi controller...so my hands inevitably fall on it.
something with 32-37 keys and 32 knobs would be awesome and what i dreamt since years.
speculation off\
i'm sure you had a nice innocent chat

I imagine it was just some synth masterminds getting together for a couple of drinks, talking about general stuff with maybe a little shop talk thrown in.
Dave and Urs are 2 of my favorite synth makers. I could only hope there was a little admiration on both sides for their bodies of work. I might wish that Urs was showing Dave his new Diva "Pro One" modules though.
