We know of some problems with Satin VST3 in Wavelab 8. But if it really crashes, then please send the crash log to support at u-he dot com and I'll have a look at it!Jperkinski wrote:The VST-3 version of Satin crashes Wavelab 8.0.2 64-bit mode on OSX 10.8.4

Wavelab 8.0.3 is due out next week. VST-2 is ok, but I prefer to use VST-3 because I like the preset menu style of VST-3.
I was getting full Wavelab crashes immediately when inserting Satin VST-3 with no exceptions.

I think I have figured it out.
Not 100% sure as I don't know my way around in Wavelab, but for me the crash is gone.
It may be part of a bigger picture because our VST3 layer couldn't handle monophonic input. It always assumed stereo.
I'm sure we'll have a new beta next week!

Yes, Wavelab 8 and 3rd party plugins are very touchy, at least on OSX.ZINO wrote:EVERYTHING crashes Wavelab! Not a big deal!
Thanks for working on it.
