MAutoAlign render question.

Hi,

I want to use MAutoAlign on a multimic'd drum track in ableton live.

I want to render it in stems.

Obviously each instance of MautoAling influnces other instances to keep it all in phase.

What I'm trying to figure out is if I render stems in Ableton LIve does it run all the other tracks as well but only render the stem. In other words If I render in stems, would Ableton Live take into account all the other MAutoAligns on other tracks influencing the stem track.

Hi,

I don't really know about specifics in Live, but it should work just fine. When you perform analysis using MAutoAlign, it computes the optimal delays & inversions, and since that moment it is static, so there is no reason for it not to work when rendering in stems.
