keyboard in focused module panel

One more (medium prio) output of the "feature request machine":

The little keyboard in the focused module panel should be visible also at MuLab's minimum graphics resolution, maybe instead of the "MU.LAB" logo (sorry!). Alternatively: What about a general scrolling function of the whole top bar - no scroll bar, just by right mouse click at the grey background?
