Looking over the Diva docs, I didn't see this but figured I'd ask just in case. Is there a per-note constant random value available as a modulator? I'd like to, for instance, apply a different pan value to each note, but that value should be constant for the life of the note.
Which also brings up: is pan position even a valid target of modulation?

The easiest way to do this is to simply use the Random modulation source as a modulator for the panning:

You can also use Voice Map instead of the Random source and use the voice trimmers to give each voice a fixed panning.
Another way is to use a Random Hold LFO with a rate of 0 and the retrigger mode set to Gate.

Oh... what do you know... there it is in the list on page 36 of the manual that I had neglected to see at first. Thanks!

I did this by Adding Random to Voice Map and using Add as the modulator for the Pan control. Playing with this made me think that it might pretty cool if the Voice Drift control could be a modulation destination.

Just curious why you added Random and Voice Map together? I would have thought a random number plus a constant (or per-voice changing constant) would still result in a random number? Were you able to "shape" your constant stream by adding in the voice map numbers somehow?
