Hi,
I recently lost my sound library due to a data transfer error and I'm in the process of rebuilding. I've emailed all the main companies I deal with and all got back to me promptly with new download links (if there wasn't a permanent download account) and have been very helpful. Even with letting me know of libraries I bought but I couldn't remember for sure. I've yet to hear back from Kirk Hunter Studios.
Seeing some previous posts hasn't boosted my confidence in the company getting back to me any time soon. I really hope I am proven wrong? I sent my initial email to the official support email of KRS close to a week ago with no reply. I'm simply wondering if you could send me new download links so I can restore the library I invested in.
Any info would be appreciated.
