I am not sure how long it usually takes to get a response from the support, so I just want to ask how we are going on. I purchased Synthmaster Academic today. As I do not own a PayPal account, I asked a friend to do this for me.
What we did not knew was that now HIS emAil Adress is "registered" - so I wrote a mail to support@kv331audio.com to change it to mine. Besides that I sent a mail to academic@kw331audio.com for the proof of being eligible buying academic software (Steinberg and Image-line think, I am).
Unfortunately I did not get any response or ticketing information so that I am not aware if my mails reached you.
