Blocked from using Synthmaster, KV331 not responding to help inquiries?

Hey guys, having an unusual problem with Synthmaster that maybe someone on here can help me with.

In short, I originally purchased Synthmaster approx a year ago using a particular email address. I recently bought a few sound banks using a different email address to pay and register than the email I used to buy Synthmaster with in the first place - and therein lies the problem.

Apparently, when I used my other email/Paypal acct to buy those sound banks recently, it registered them to an email that I assume Synthmaster didn't recognize and didn't allow me to install the sound banks. I went ahead and completely un-installed Synthmaster and re-installed it to try and fix the problem only to have the entire Synthmaster VST not work at all now. I get an error message when Ableton starts up telling me that my License Key contains "Invalid Values" and to update Synthmaster with a link following to the main site.

I follow the link, update, same result, my email/info/whatever isn't lining up with whatever security implementation KV331 has in place. I email them regarding the issue and I get a response telling me to use my new email now (the recent one I purchased the new sound banks with). I tried, of course it didn't work - I also tried using the original email address as well only to find out that KV331 had deleted it resulting in my primary and sole email tied to my synthmaster + sound banks purchased not being valid.

Now I've dealt with KV331 before and had nothing but good things to say about them. Great Synth, great price.. I'm certainly not here to bag on anyone or complain. But with that said it's been a month of ignored emails (both using contact form and emailing directly) and that's something I just can't look past. Synthmaster was my go-to Synth and I've been more than patient but I'm at the point where I'm getting the cold shoulder like I'm on my own and SOL over an issue that seems like it'd be a VERY quick and easy fix on their end.

My question - has anyone ever had a similar problem and fixed it? Also, can anyone suggest a possible different avenue or approach to get KV331 to handle the licensing mix up here because I'm all out of options.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Again, I'm not here trying to bag on anyone or complain, I'm here to get this Synth working again. Thanks guys.

**Update** Just a quick update for anyone who came across this post - Bulent over at KV331 fixed my issue lightning fast and all is working again perfectly. Thank you again Bulent for being so prompt, helpful, and going so far out of your way to make sure all was fixed. Can't thank you enough!!
