Rename of .dll possible?

Hello,

i got a nooby question. I got lots of projects (Diva and Satin) on my old computer and changed now to 64bit. Unfortunately the DAW on the new computer does not recognize the new "Diva(64bit).dll" as the old "Diva.dll", so it can not load the parameters for this project. I renamed the dll and now it works, but i would like to ask if you see any incoming problems.
