Hiya- I hate to start off complaining because I am super excited about Satin.

I have 8 instances of it running on a drum kit in Samplitude 11. and no matter what monitoring set up or VIP buffer I run, I am getting 80% CPU or above. Is this normal? :scared:

God, I hope not because I was really hoping to strap this across more than 2 or 3 tracks! I assume, per the manual that Im going to get the best results if I use multiple instances on the drums rather than JUST on the submix, yes?

Thanks for any feedback or help

What revsion number does your Satin show on the editor window?

That said, we're still wondering why some people can run 50 Satins while others can run only 10, with similar machines.

Once I'm back from vacation I'm going to buy a machine with exactly the same specs and try to figure it out.

Hi URS

I am using build 1900. I didnt want to use the beta because I didnt want to exacerbate any issues.

Rob from customer support told me that Satin had been optimized for the i3-i7 cpus. But hell, my PC is just a little over three years old!

I dont want to have to upgrade JUST to use Satin!

Thanks for any info
