Hi Guys
IF YOU LOVE DIVA AND ABLETON PUSH, here's the instant way to get them working together properly: Browse, load and control all 1,430+ factory presets from within Push by getting the Push/Diva integration pack at http://mabelton.myshopify.com/
Packs are also available for Sylenth, Mini V and Modular V

I'd be really interested to see what U-He has to say about this before opening a link....
Especially when it's a first post...

Good comment mate. And I imagine Urs might be delighted. After all, some of his happy customers (us!) have found a way to help other Diva and Push users spend a lot more time with the wonderful Diva. One of the main attractions of Push is to allow people to work away from a computer screen - browsing, loading, playing and controlling parameters from Push. People who buy it often want to do this. So in our experience they are immediately drawn to the instruments they can find in Push already. Going back to the screen to click around with a Vst and its parameters just isn't so attractive. That's what we found ourselves, too. Then we bought Audiomodder's integration pack for KU9, which basically puts Komplete inside Push. I don't suppose NI are too upset with the Ozzie who created that because, for Push users, it makes KU relevant and friendly again. So now we've done the same with Sylenth, Mini V, Modular V and Diva. Until Ableton and/or the Vst creators make popular plug ins 'Push ready' in the same way that Ableton's own instruments are, it's the best solution.

I have push, I invested in nativeKontrol. I haven't bothered with Audiomodder because it works with Maschine 1.8. No mention of Maschine 2.0
Still, it's your first post and your'e trying to sell something.....

Well the way I see it mate , we're just coming to the best place to let people know about something that might interest them. Judging by the response in the last 24 hours , it is definitely something folks find useful. If you have another solution , that's great too. Getting sylenth , Diva and the others working smoothly inside Push is what we want :)

Thank you for announcing this great service for a busy artist like me, I'm the one who ordered this pack immediately after reading this - a no-brainer. :tu:

EDIT: after some tests (a LIVE jam): There are issues*, but it's in generaly useful for to push the Diva. (OSX Mavericks, Live 9.1.1 64bit)

*no bugs, but things I would like to see:

-predefined 8 encoder macro for fast editing of reso, cutoff, ADSR and FX1 Wet FX 2 Wet on every preset.

-option for multicore by default

-option for render mode (devine, draft etc) by default

Hey thanks for the feedback Lump. It was necessary to choose which parameters to map as obviously you can't get them all on Push.We decided to map the ones we'd want to adjust most on the fly, as a musical 'action'. Glad there are no bugs so far - we've had some good feedback from others too which is nice. Re Render mode and Multicore adjusting from Push, please see below
Have a great weekend!

EDIT you may know this already, but here's a workaround which will address some of your preferences in some contexts:

1. Take one rack only, eg the first one in the local category (deep space diva)
2. Delete two of the mapped parameters you don't want and add Multicore and render mode instead. If you want , drag the parameters you wanted as macros for all presets to the far left of the rack so at least they appear in bank 1
3. Save this as eg deep space 1
4. Load it up from Push.
3. Scroll through DIva's presets on Push loading up any other preset on the *same midi track* in live. All the presets will now have these options configured. You can do this for the next track in live too so long as you use the deep space 1 as the first one you load up.

This won't work for macro configuration but I think quite a few people would rather have the macros different for different presets in any case and you can use this method to quickly change what's in bank 1 as stated above. If you want us to send you a preconfigured rack for the above email us at mabeltonaudio@gmail.com

Hope this helps!

Awesome, I wanted to do something like this for some of my plugins but in the limited time I get to make music I like to use that time to actually make music :)

Anyway, quick question; does this work with the AU version or the VST version of Diva or will or work with both?

Thank you stevie, this is indeed helpful and I be happy about your offer to take a look at my Diva racks. My daily use rack is made with a m4l device "Keyboard Control" for changing presets super fast(but indifferent and nameless) via midi bank/program change and have the ability to use mod wheel and other things that Push lacks. ( http://www.maxforlive.com/library/devic ... rd-control )

I haven't merged that stuff finally with the mabelton preset banks.

But Diva is my main synth in Live/Push so next days my new redefined rack will be ready for to share. Your tips will help a lot and yes I have realized that there is always a master patch in the mabelton banks and the other presets follow.

Hey for anyone watching this thread, just to let you know we've now added more packs to our site at https://mabelton.myshopify.com

So you can now get the following instantly browsable, loadable and controllable from inside Push:

Arturia:
Analog Lab
Arp 2600
CS80V2
Jupiter V
Mini V
Modular V
Oberheim V
Prophet V
Spark VDM
Wurlitzer V

Lennar Digital:
Sylenth1 (Factory banks 1,2 and 3)

U He:
Diva

All individual presets are set to fully configured instrument racks (or drum racks in the case of Spark VDM) so can be step sequenced etc from Push. There are over 14,000 racks (around 450MB) in the full pack, which sells for GBP 14.99

All the best

Stevie

Two quick questions:

1) Your price here is 15 pounds, website says 20, did the price just go up, or, am I missing a KVR discount code?

2) Do you have any plans to do presets for ACE?

Post

Hey, sorry for the delay in responding. The 'full pack' has been upgraded a few times to include new packs, hence the price increase. But anyone who bought the original packs can buy the newly included packs separately and won't have paid any more than anyone else. Yes we are looking at all VSTS at the moment and new ones coming all the time (see my next post, for example!)
