Yes, i saw somewhere here in the forum about an iPad app, it was set up for
controlling XY.

It was in my mind to ask here how many are using it and how well the thing is works for them.

Waiting for someone with more knowledge,

It's not cheap and requires an iPad:

I've heard it's very good though. aMUSEd made some templates for Zebea in Lemur a while back: http://www.kvraudio.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=5503794

There is also TouchOSC (Android and Apple):

You'd have to make your own templates though.

I did although I am not sure if they work any more - I haven't used Lemur with Zebra in a long while. While it was an interesting experiment I found I still prefer something physical to a touch based interface so use a combination of NI Kore, my V-Synth D Beams and XY pad, and my Hartman NUKE joystick which I find works much better and less messing around to get setup.

Thanks friends , nice Information :)

I must check them carefully ...

I found wireless control (iPad) to be a clumsy system… filled with feedback errors and clogged communication between platforms. Even with a cable, the software was too complex for the job… then I updated something… the whole thing went down. I spent all my time getting it to work… not making music or working my sounds.

I have had GREAT success with simple cheap controllers with 8 knobs (or more)… just map the knobs to Midi CC#18-#22 and enjoy the assignments you make to the four X/Y pads (2 knobs for each).

Easy. :)
