Diva Newbie Question: Central place to view/edit controllers

If I am trying to understand a patch how can I know exactly what assignments have been made? I know there is the "Patch Information" but it's not specific enough. i.e. Is there a central place in Diva to see what MIDI controllers have been assigned to what knob or other feature, and preferably edit them?

Also can one CC be assigned to more than one function at the same time?
