Nice Zebra 3 info. I like the curve editor in Image-Line products - it's used universally for all envelope/MSEG needs. Pray we'll see something like that in U-He products.

And U-He drum synth ... :hyper:

Oh, yeah, and anticipating Bazille release :borg:

good read, thanks! :)

Funny how I think of myself as an old curmudgeonly perfectionist, never satisfied with hardware controllers, etc., and yet I agree with everything Urs said (again) :hihi:

I wonder if a Zebra-like hardware synth could be possible (with a screen for the routing section)?

I also agree with Urs about the iPad as a controller. I tried it but found it sorely lacking and I don't get how other people are so positive about using the iPad as a controller for an instrument or audio app.

Gimme buttons and knobs any day of the week. I do like displays that provide me with information though.

I had the use of an iPad for 2 months and I did not like it. I found the touch screen finicky and often had to make 2 or 3 attempts to select something or highlight something etc. There is no tactile feeling and it is not precise. Give me real physical controls any day.

An interesting read.
