With all the delay patches i have done, i never felt one sounded like those Dub Delays.
I researched some more, and HERE is something that might be it.
Please check and tell me if there is something wrong!
Please be aware that this thing VERY EASILY builds up level and runs into clipping!!
I have assigned Modwheel to the feedback parameter to get it 'playable' and better under control. You might assign one more controller to the Freqency parameter.
Enjoy!

Gave it a quick try and indeed as it comes out of the (drop)box it's a bit edgy. Then i replaced the Exciter module by a TF Lowpass with minimal Q and resonably high cutoff just to cut the trebles a bit (thus in fact the contrary of an exciter) and that sounds more smooth & dubby to me. Attached the edited MUX preset.

Thanks Jo. Good call.
I finetuned it a little bit HERE.
The lowpass is set with no resonance peak and the feedback gain structure is set that if you set Gain to xxdB and Feedback to -xxdB you get an endless loop at the set Freq.
