Hello!
I'd love an emulator of the Ensoniq sampler / keyboards... Mirage.. etc
Plogue, ChipCrusher is great. I wonder if U-HE would consider doing that.. URS? See any benefit?

I love the Ensoniq sound. Not sure what it is though.

I used to own an ASR10 (or two), and I loved that sound compared with the Akai or Yamaha samplers. I suspect the DAC filtering is better.

I would say that resampling algorithm and basically the DSP code used imparts more to the sound than DACs.

I think so, certainly in this case - there's something magical about the transwave technology in the ASR-10 and Fizmo. If Urs ever gets around to building a sampler, that would be an awesome feature to emulate.
