Do you guys have any tips on achieving clean sounding polyphony in DIVA? I mean not just a couple notes, but full-fledged chords. Single notes sound wonderful and "fat", but this same fatness makes chords sound muddy.
Here are a few things I've done so far:
1. have the LP filter cutoff come down (meaning, it cuts out more frequencies) after the initial attack. So the transients are heard, but the sustaining notes have frequencies cut out.
2. blend a triangle waveform in, instead of just sawtooth.
3. decrease the sustain value in Env. 1.
In Zebra, on the other hand, it's extremely easy to get clean sounding chords right off the bat. But, then, they lack the fatness of DIVA.
Any suggestions?

This may be the reason why some people disliked the Memorymoog, and it is one of the main reasons why Monark was kept monophonic.
I'd always recommend the cascade filter, the multimode filter or the Uhbie for pad/brass sounds. Those were used in polyphonic analogue synths. They add less intermodulation distortion that reaches the low end. The ladder and the Bite model were only found in monophonic synths (with few exceptions - which were calibrated differently).
If you could post examples (e.g. presets for Diva/Zebra) I'm sure we can find ways to improve in the right direction.

Try using a highpass filter, possibly with keytracking (experiment), just to take out some of the low end mud. Analog oscillators can really pile on the low end. Try also the DCO oscillator model
Zebra's oscillators are "digital", which makes them thinner and less animated than Diva's in their default state. "Thin" is bandied about like it's a bad thing, but it's all relative, and for chords and complex polyphony it's actually a boon. There's only so much space in the silence that we fill

thats why the prophet 5 IMO is the perfect poly - its Osc are just the right girth and warmth for poly sounds...Moog is just a bit too much IMO...better for mono...Urs - please do the SSM Prophet 5 ...the Roland CEM dont have the american poly warmth...
