Problem Purchasing a MuseCare Professional Plan

I was logged on to the Muse site this morning, and tried to upgrade my warranty to a Professional plan. I got an error saying "Invalid MuseCare type specified" Is the professional plan unavailable for the Trio?

Definitely available for the TRIO, not sure what went wrong. Please fill out a help desk ticket and we'll sort it out, processing manually if need be.
