Any problems with the site? How can we improve KVR?

It says that (signatures can be altered via the UCP) but I don't see any option in the UCP to create a signature....

Edit My Profile (and Forum preferences).
Then: Profile [tab at top].
Then: Edit signature [tab or button thing on left].
No longer a moderator.
