Hey, I've been testing out the the free version of MuLab for the past few days now, and I am starting to get the hang of how it works already. When I Mixdown Audio to the tracks that I have made, the 'soft noise' is heard in it - of course. But what I wanted to know is if I buy the full version, will the soft noise then disappear from the tracks? Or would I have to go through each track and mixdown them all again to then hear it without the 'soft noise'?

When you have mixed down a song and the soft noise is within the resulting audio file, you can't remove that soft noise, as the noise is within the audio.
So yes you'll have to mixdown them again using MuLab UL.
