At last, I got my pro jr. upgraded with a ssd drive.
One of my friends, a linux expert, clone my old ide drive to a new samsung pro 512 GB ssd drive, via Ubuntu linux on a PC.
Then he did fix the bios to start from sata in receptor. Then I install the drive in my receptor, with new sata cable and a sata power adapter cable.

I have boot the receptor about ten times and so far no problems.
It is funny to look when samples are loaded into kontakt, it run very fast.
When you run the utillity, baaaammm, it run very fast to.
Receptor run more easy.
