Diva LFO and ARP issues

1. Is it possible to add free mode to lfo - i.e. lfo is always on and running (very useful for manually played arps)?
2. I'm not sure why, but arp stucks if doesn't receive note off (at least in latest reaper)

I believe for the first question, you can change Restart to "sync" for the LFO.

In my version of the manual that's on page 21.
