I love Mulab, but at the moment I am recording music which needs "real" drum sounds. Can I use software like BFD or EZ Drummer with Mulab? Prob a dumb question but Im quite new to software recording systems so please bear with me ;0)

Yes - they're VST Instruments. Under the MULAB menu you'll see "Manage VST Plug-Ins" and you can tell MuLab where you have installed them from there. Then they'll appear in the menu when you insert a module.

Another way to insert a VST plug-in is to drag-drop it from the browser on a rack slot. Or drag-drop the .dll file from Windows' explorer or the .vst file from OSX' finder on a rack slot. You can also just click an empty rack slot and choose "Browse For VST Plug-In...".
Together with the way pljones suggested, these are all different ways to the same goal: Inserting a VST plug-in.
