Change "base note" using MIDI keyboard?

Hi,

I use MuLab to drive Korg MS-20 mini. It does work.
What I very often do is to create a loop in sequencer and play with it live. Kind of like with appregriator.
Is it possible that a sequence will change its base note by reading it from MIDI?
